Confluence programming is designed to foster conversations between AEC firms and technology companies, so they can learn, share, and engage with each other to support industry innovation.
AEC Platforms: Elevating the Dialog
Within AEC firms, technology platforms all too often exist as disparate silos of information. Confluence Lexington 2025 will explore how we can increase the dialog between various platforms, reducing redundancy and bringing the silos together in new ways.
Choose your own Kentucky adventure
Traditionally at Confluence Lexington events, we have taken guests on the bourbon trail. We’ll head back on the trail again this year while also adding the option for guests to explore the world-famous Red River Gorge. There’s no wrong choice here. Best-in-class bourbons or breathtaking views: what adventure will you choose?
A Keeneland comeback
Our participants and their plus ones will head back to the Fall Meet at world-renowned horse-racing facility Keeneland this year. A highlight of past Lexington events, we missed the trip to Keeneland last year due to conference timing, but we can’t wait to get back to the races this year!

Confluence Lexington is invite-only, but we are expanding the guest list to 70 this year! Confluence guests are the most creative, innovative technology leaders in AEC—including both firm practitioners and software companies.
Networking
Our focused, three-day structure fosters community amongst attendees. We are careful to build opportunities for guests to discuss what they are learning in real time with the leaders next to them.

Get to know your host
AVAIL CEO and Founder Randall Stevens is passionate about leveraging technology advancements to improve AVAIL’s content management platform. Randall started hosting Confluence events in 2019 as a way to explore what firms are needing, wanting, and thinking around technology.
